DC Power FC came out of the gate well in the first half but all their attacks were for naught and they went into the locker room amid a scoreless draw. But the second half was almost all Tampa Bay. They scored three goals in a strong attack, including one from the spot, while the Power were almost totally unable to get the ball into the box. The match ended 0-3 in favor of the visitors.
