Posted on 29 September 202429 September 2024

On one of the coldest days of the Fall, DC Power FC was able to get a point thanks to two penalty kicks while Spokane Zephyr FC was able to get two goals on a set piece and own goal. Power defender Madison Wolfbauer converted both penalty kicks in the first half. Zephyr midfielder and captain was able to head a corner kick just past the outstretched hands of Power goalkeeper Morgan Aquino. Finally, Power defender Amber Diorio redirected a shot into the far netting of the goal to equalize the game.
